Louise has been a pioneer in customer and user experience for the last 20 years, developing a unique approach now known as the EMPACT framework. Her work includes user experience for one of the government’s largest sites jobnetwork.gov.au, visitor experience for Tourism Australia and customer journey work for one of Australia’s largest healthcare companies. Louise is a self directed learner and has delved deelpy into the inner workings of our hearts and minds to bring clients a truly fresh approach to creating value.
